About the real apparatus

The rig behind the model.

This 1-1 model is a Brick recreation of the Governors Office of Emergency Services, Engine 1105. CAL OES is a statewide fire response agency that distributes these engines to stations throughout the entirety of California. This specific Engine is a 2022 HME 1871-SFO assigned to Newport Beach Fire Department, located at Station 6. It has a 1500GPM Pump, 100GPM Auxiliary Pump, 800Gals of water onboard, and 20Gals of A Class foam.

Furnished with a full interior, this rig comes with a full sticker pack along with purchase to detail the exterior of the truck. This rig is often deployed amongst strike teams with numerous others of its same kind, that is why "1860 A" is on the windshield. Apart of the newer generation of CAL OES Type 1 Engines, it features many modernized extrication tools for rescue situations, and structure fires. Also inside the rollup's you will find a portable pump, generator, traffic cones, medkits and more. Inside the hosebed is 2 sections of hose on the sides, with a inner 4x9 plate containing two storage areas with extra tools, and a ton of hose. The crosslays are covered up for this build, as they are typically always covered up.
