About the real apparatus

The rig behind the model.

This is my recreation of Madera County's, Ex-Engine 219. She is a 1999 International Chassis with KME building the rest. She was located at Station 19 in Madera, now replaced by a 2007 International-Ferrara as backup to the main Engine 19. Sadly as its so old and also sold to a department somewhere in Mexico now, I don't know any pump or water capacity specs. One note from First Due 559 on Instagram, "It stayed in service months past its intended retirement because the brand new Engine at the time kept breaking down". And yes that new Engine is a Rosenbauer folks.

I don't have too much to add here again since its been sold off, but I'll list somethings its got. Two dry suction hoses on each side, a side mounted ladder on the left, pretty detailed pump panel, and a hose mount on the bumper. Thank you to @firstdue559 on Instagram for commissioning this model!
