Build class is about time and piece count, not difficulty. Every kit uses the same techniques and the same instruction style. A Chief kit is not harder than a Firefighter kit, it is just a longer evening.

About the real apparatus

The rig behind the model.

This build will be getting 3 sticker packs for the price of one, included with the model. But for simplicity sake, I will take Brush Engine 35 for this description. This is a 2017 Pierce-Freightliner for San Diego F&R, BE's 14, 35 and 43 are the three included. They have a 500GPM Pump with a 120GPM Aux Pump, and a 600Gal tank with 30Gal of Class A foam. They are located North Park, University City and Otay Mesa.

Furnished with a full interior, this rig comes with a sticker pack upon purchase to detail the entire exterior of the apparatus. On top of the rear is 2 removeable covers for also removeable hose lays, that can be used for extra storage. It also has a removeable roof with seats for minifigures, (Requires slight modification to place them inside). This rig also features a ladder on the rear and two booster reels above the pump panels.
