Build class is about time and piece count, not difficulty. Every kit uses the same techniques and the same instruction style. A Chief kit is not harder than a Firefighter kit, it is just a longer evening.

About the real apparatus

The rig behind the model.

This build will be getting 4 sticker packs for the price of one, included with the model. But for simplicity sake, I will take Engine 9 for this description. This is a 2018/2019 Pierce Arrow XT Engine for San Diego F&R, Engine's 9, 13, 35 and 41 are the four included. 13 was added at a later date which is why it's not included in the image panel. They have a 1500GPM Pump and a 500Gal tank with 40Gal of Class A foam. They are located in La Jolla (9&13), Sorrento Valley and University City.

Furnished with a 1-1 interior and with the 4 main seats and one flip down on the rear of the cab, plus the officers Laptop. There is also 2 bunker jackets with pants laying around the cab. There is two pullable crosslay lines with the center one acting as a support for the crosslays roofing. On the left side is a fold down ladder with air tanks and rescue equipment inside the lockers, and in the pump panel area there is a booster reel with a long deck gun. On the back is 3 stacks of supply hose with 2 stacks of attack hose.
