About the real apparatus
The rig behind the model.
This 1-1 model is a Lego recreation of the CALFIRE-Soledad FD's, Truck 37. She is a 2024 Smeal on a Spartan Gladiator chassis. This truck has a 1500GPM Pump with a 107' Foot ladder. Soledad is located more inland near Monterey, CA.
Furnished with a full interior, this rig comes with a full sticker pack along with purchase to detail the exterior of the truck. This truck has 4 functioning outriggers that can deploy with 4 plates that are provided, you can swap between plates and no plates so the outriggers can be pulled inwards. This truck also has the most opening rollups of any model so far, with a total of 11, the innards of each is shown in the pictures! Mostly containing equipment and hose. The ladder rotates a full 360*, you can take off the outer lining of the main ladder to move the inner part out. The build has a US Flag on the rear of the ladder base too.
It's surely rare to see Rear Mount ladders within California so this is a unique piece to be built! Most departments run Tillers now, phased RMA's out during the 90's and 2000's.
